Who we are
This site is operated by Fred, a brand of We Are FAV. "We", "us" and "fred" refer to that business. You can reach us at hello@itsfredtime.com.
You must be 18
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the payment method used is yours.
What Fred is
Fred is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Fred is not suitable for everyone. Do not take it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18. If you take prescription medication, have a medical condition, or are under the care of a doctor, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement. Stop taking Fred and seek advice if you have an adverse reaction.
Product images are illustrative. Ingredients and doses are printed on the label, and the label supplied with your box is definitive. We may reformulate; the current label always takes precedence over anything on this site.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reading the ingredient list before taking Fred, checking it against any allergy or medication you have, and taking medical advice where this page tells you to.
Subscriptions
- A monthly plan renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel.
- Your card is charged at each renewal at the price shown when you subscribed, unless we notify you of a change at least 30 days beforehand.
- You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@itsfredtime.com. Cancellation takes effect from the next order that has not yet shipped.
- Cancelling after an order has been dispatched does not cancel that order.
- Founder pricing applies only while a subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the current public price applies.
Orders
An order is accepted when we email you a dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing or stock errors, and will refund you in full if we do.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Shipping is calculated and shown before you pay. Taxes and duties are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Please read it before ordering: unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days, but once a blister strip has been opened the box cannot be returned, for health and hygiene reasons.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, income or opportunity.
We do not exclude or limit your statutory rights as a consumer. Australian customers: nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to scrape, resell or republish its content without our written permission.
The Fred app
Fred also has a companion app for iPhone. These terms apply to it as well.
- Who it is for. You must be 18 or over. App access comes with a Fred order: it is unlocked by the email you ordered with and covers the days your boxes cover, plus a short grace period. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the app access linked to it ends.
- Not medical care. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Period windows and daily lines are estimates based on what you log. The app is not a contraceptive and must not be used to plan or avoid pregnancy. If you feel unsafe or something seems seriously wrong, contact a doctor or emergency services.
- Ask Fred. Replies are generated by an AI service and can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical decisions. Urgent topics get care advice instead of an AI reply.
- Your data. What the app collects, and how you can export or delete it, is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Me → privacy & data.
- Your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. We may suspend access if the app is misused or if payment for an order is reversed.
- Changes and Apple. We may update or stop features of the app. These terms are between you and Fred, not Apple, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. For help, use the contact page.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
