Refund policy

Fred is a food supplement sold in sealed blister packs. Because of that, this policy has a hygiene rule that we need you to read before you order.

30 day returns on unopened boxes

If you change your mind, you can return an unopened Fred box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The outer seal must be intact and no blister strip may have been opened.

Email hello@itsfredtime.com to start a return. Please do not send anything back before we reply, as we will give you the correct return address.

Opened boxes cannot be returned

Once the seal is broken or a blister strip has been opened, the box cannot be returned or refunded. This is a health and hygiene measure. We cannot resell or verify the condition of a supplement that has left our control and been opened, and we will not put another customer at risk by doing so.

This applies even within the 30 day window.

Damaged, wrong or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email hello@itsfredtime.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we pay the return postage. This is separate from the hygiene rule above and separate from your statutory rights.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal. Cancelling does not cancel an order that has already been dispatched. If you cancel after dispatch, the box that has shipped is treated under the rules above.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned box or agreeing the refund. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to show it.

Return shipping

Unless the item was faulty, wrong or damaged, you pay return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund goods we actually receive.

Australian customers

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.
